Cancellation & refunds.

The public Signal Kiln is free to browse. This page separates that demonstration from any future work that would require a written scope, fee and cancellation terms.

Public-site activity

Browsing the site, using the Firing Brief, changing controls and submitting the local Studio Brief are available without charge. The demonstration does not accept payment details, create an account or deliver a paid digital product.

Because no transaction is completed on this public site, there is no purchase to cancel and no public-site fee to refund. You may stop using the page, clear local storage or close the browser at any time.

Separate agreements

If Gaforenix later offers paid analysis, workshops or implementation, the scope, price, schedule, deliverables and cancellation rights must be documented before work begins.

Before work begins

A written request received before scheduled work starts will be handled under the signed agreement. Any refundable amount may account for explicitly authorised setup or third-party commitments.

Work already completed

Research, measurement design, data review, workshop delivery and written outputs that have already been completed may be non-refundable where the agreement clearly assigns their value.

Rescheduling

Where practical, a date may be moved instead of cancelling. Availability, notice periods and any rescheduling cost must follow the written agreement rather than an unstated default.

Outcome limits

A rigorous analysis may reveal weak, mixed or inconclusive evidence. An unfavourable result alone does not show that agreed analytical work was not delivered.

How to raise a request

Send the project reference, requested action and relevant dates to the contact stated in the agreement. Do not email raw customer datasets or credentials when asking a billing question.

Review and payment handling

A request will be reviewed against the actual scope, completed work and applicable law. If a refund is approved, the response should identify the amount and method. Processing time may depend on the original payment provider. Nothing on this page removes cancellation or refund rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
